估唔到Frankie會搵我, 因為實在太耐無聯絡.

只不過咁arm online見到咪傾幾句囉!

每星期都有個Team Lunch meeting, 當然又係食 Pizza 呀…義大利枌呀之類..

唔記得自己個胃咁大鍋, 叫o左個 meatball Lasagna, 就係D茄汁出事….

咁就死曬, 食完一個鐘之後,  D胃酸谷曬上o黎, 心口又試痛過!!

攪咩呀!! 真係年紀大, 身體壞!! 

今朝無端端心口痛, 唔通有心臟病??!! 梗係即刻睇醫生…..原來係…

胃灼熱

由於工作壓力大、生活作息不正常，或飲食習慣不良、三餐不定食，
現代人容易罹患消化系統方面疾病，導致胃酸分泌失衡、胃酸過多而引發下列症狀：

                1.噁心、嘔吐。

                2.上腹部疼痛、脹滿感。

                3.打嗝時，胃液上溢。

                4.心窩部份有灼熱感。（俗稱火燒心），悶痛。

　　這些症狀都是在警告我們，胃已經有問題了，絕不能等閒視之；若持續予以輕忽，
則可能演變成更嚴重的潰瘍、出血、穿孔等疾病。

胃食道逆流 (gastro-esophageal reflux, GER)會在胸口引起稱為胃灼熱 (heartburn)的劇烈疼痛

 Heartburn or pyrosis is a painful or burning sensation in the esophagus, just below the breastbone caused by regurgitation of gastric acid. The pain often rises in the chest and may radiate to the neck, throat, or angle of the jaw. Heartburn is also identified as one of the causes of chronic cough, and may even mimic asthma. Despite its name, heartburn actually has nothing to do with the heart. It is so called because of a burning sensation of the breastbone where the heart is located although some heart problems do have a similar sensation to heartburn. Compounding the confusion is the fact that hydrochloric acid from the stomach comes back up the esophagus because of a problem with the cardiac sphincter, a valve which misleadingly contains the word “cardiac” (an adjective referring to the heart) in its name

多謝Grace送o左本菜譜俾我, 因為我成日要諗定夜晚煮D咩, 諗到頭都爆.

而家唔會俾人話我無新意 lu 

真係家家有本難念的經, 講起就真係一匹布咁長…

話說同老爺一齊住o左3年, 而家我同Kyle都有安定既收入, 亦都係時候找尋屬於自己既安樂窩.  好啦, 老爺就主動話幫我地俾首期, 之後我地就周圍搵合適既地方, 前前後後都用o左半年時間. 溫哥莘搵屋住都係一門學問, 又要睇地平, 又要標準地, 又要睇用料同結構.  仲要去銀行Pre-approval, 總之好多野攪啦!

當終於搵到間合心水既屋, 諗著同老爺相議….點知戲肉就o黎.  佢就話要搬入老人院囉, 而家間屋咪買o左去囉!!  Kyle係獨仔, 佢講D咁既野, 你話叫個仔點搬??

唉!!! 真係內心百般味在心頭.  哩鋪真係俾佢玩謝….

Kyle同我而家都好唔開心……但係咁又點 

香港呀! 我終於番到屋企!! 一直期特著….

大部份時間都係陪o下屋企人, 買o下野, 剩番D少許時間見o下小學同學, 中學同學, 舊同事同埋老友, 兩個星期就敢就完o左.

有D朋友真係無時間見, 真係對唔住, 希望唔好見怪.

見番D老友講番以前D攪笑野, 好鬼死開心. 內容唔講啦, 因為佢會睇!
