Noise alert
2005年10月25日Listen up: Working in a loud office could make you eat more high-fat foods. Pennsylvania State University researchers discovered that women who were exposed to uncontrollable noises while they tried to solve math problem and puzzles became frustrated more often than women who had control over the racket. Once the noise ended, the frustrated women were more likely to snack on high-fat foods, such as cheese, chocolate and potato chips. Just one more reason to keep voices and music down in open offices, and keep fresh vegetables and fruit on hand when the urge to snack hits
